Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operations point of contact for partners, providing high-touch support and resolving inquiries
- Troubleshoot complex issues, identify trends, and communicate feedback to cross-functional teams
- Improve support workflows, develop product specialization, and train new employees on processes and tools
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, technical support, or account/partner management
- Expertise in issue resolution with a strong track record of delivering effective solutions
- Experience using Excel and/or basic data and insights tools
- Adept at navigating complex and ambiguous situations
- Fluency in English in a business environment
