Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex issues, identify trends, and communicate feedback to cross-functional teams
  • Improve support workflows, develop product specialization, and train new employees on processes and tools
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, technical support, or account/partner management
  • Expertise in issue resolution with a strong track record of delivering effective solutions
  • Experience using Excel and/or basic data and insights tools
  • Adept at navigating complex and ambiguous situations
  • Fluency in English in a business environment
