Operations Excellence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Excellence Manager to lead process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized processes
• Define operational KPIs, apply continuous improvement methodologies, and deliver insights on process performance
• Recommend technology solutions for automation, support system integrations, and develop clear SOPs and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• 3-7 years of experience in process improvement, operations engineering, or business transformation
• Hands-on experience with shared services teams in HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Skilled in process mapping and data analysis tools, with familiarity in CRMs and workflow tools
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher strongly preferred
