Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Specialist - Member Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist members in troubleshooting treatment-related issues
- Manage the Member Support Services Zoom Call Center and ensure timely responses to member inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and support operations for RX Assistance Groups
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with related technologies
- Spanish-speaking ability is highly preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and proficiency in Excel and Google Apps
