Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor to support the management of the Representative team and ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure superior service quality is delivered to all customers and provide escalation support for agents
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet or exceed key performance metrics and maintain a positive remote work environment
- Monitor real-time queues and evaluate processes to improve operational efficacy and service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Three years of professional customer service experience and one year of large team supervisory experience
- Ability to work full time from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday
- Ability to communicate effectively in American Sign Language (REQUIRED)
