Description:
• Assist sales team as they establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Create and edit proposals, agreements, and amendments as requested by sales team on an expedited timeline.
• Follow up on consultations and proposals by presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports to keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Assist sales team in achieving agreed upon sales goals.
• Monitor leads and push leads through the pipeline by following up or reminding sales team to follow up as outlined in the sales playbook.
• Respond to emails, text, messages, etc. on behalf of the sales team.
• Updating the sales data spreadsheet.
• Bi-weekly meetings with sales team.
• Other duties as assigned by the sales team.
