Key Responsibilities
- Make 200+ outbound dials per day to prospects in the dental, chiropractic, and medical spaces
- Book qualified appointments directly into client calendars and maintain high appointment show rates
- Track performance in CRM and handle objections confidently in a high-rejection environment
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting
- Experience with CRM systems and a proven ability to meet or exceed quotas
- Comfortable with sales scripts and adapting them in real-time
- Must have a quiet home office setup with dual monitors and high-speed internet
- Self-motivated and competitive with a strong desire to earn based on performance
