Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Engagement Specialist to support the piloting and field testing of products and services across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute piloting/field testing of accounts to ensure services are ready for implementation
- Build relationships with customers and provide ongoing education and support to meet success criteria
- Track customer activity and monitor product usage throughout the pilot/field test lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or similar work experience
- 3+ years in customer enablement, engagement, or success
- Experience in SaaS customer success, consulting, or account management within the education sector
- Familiarity with virtual webinar technology (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) preferred
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
