Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate partner-facing meetings and customize presentation materials using Salesforce data
- Manage partner portal operations, ensuring accurate reporting and maintenance of user guides
- Oversee new partner onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in higher education, partnerships, operations, or related roles
- Proficiency in productivity and CRM tools, including Salesforce and project management software
- Ability to work remotely full-time and adjust to US time zones
- Experience with data reporting tools and strong organizational skills
