A company is looking for a Patient Coordinator who will provide patient support and ensure a premium patient experience remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to patients through various communication channels
- Assist with electronic health record support, including patient data entry and insurance entry
- Manage appointment scheduling to ensure optimal utilization of care manager capacity
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5+ years of patient service-related experience, preferably in telehealth
- One year of clinical experience preferred
- Start-up experience preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and basic technology
