Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Coordinator who will provide patient support and ensure a premium patient experience remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to patients through various communication channels
  • Assist with electronic health record support, including patient data entry and insurance entry
  • Manage appointment scheduling to ensure optimal utilization of care manager capacity
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years of patient service-related experience, preferably in telehealth
  • One year of clinical experience preferred
  • Start-up experience preferred
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and basic technology
