A company is looking for a Patient Relations Specialist to join their contact center team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments in NextGen
- Document patient requests and pertinent information via Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Coordinate work efforts with team members to maintain efficient workflow
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-3 years related experience in a call center or as a receptionist preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Prior experience with NextGen software or other EMR is preferred
- Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
