Key Responsibilities
- Provide services to patients, providers, and caregivers, including enrollment activities and program inquiries
- Coordinate access to therapies and handle pharmacy triage, order processing, and follow-up activities
- Ensure quality standards in communication and documentation while resolving customer requests in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, medical billing and coding, or related fields
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- General knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow defined standard operating procedures
