Payer Relations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Relations (Sales) Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing payer partners and identify opportunities for new partnerships
• Oversee the maintenance of fee schedules and ensure compliance with payer-related regulatory requirements
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and develop reports to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintaining and developing partnerships with health plans
• Strong background in healthcare, with an understanding of payer relations and managed care
• Experience leading projects and educating team members
• Ability to analyze policies and navigate internal systems
• Familiarity with Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, IPAs, and TPAs
