Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll runs for multi-state entities and manage employee records
• Coordinate state payroll tax accounts and ensure compliance with relevant agencies
• Administer benefits and 401(k) plans, including year-end processing and audits

Required Qualifications

• Located in the EST time zone
• Minimum 3+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state processing
• Proficient in Paycom
• Experience with payroll tax account management and state agency coordination
• Solid knowledge of benefits deductions and 401(k) administration
