Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Director to manage a procurement analyst team supporting clients in pharmacy benefit procurements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analysts focusing on procurements, market checks, and contract reviews
• Review and analyze client-specific reports to provide insights into trends
• Conduct internal training workshops for procurement analysts and other employees

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacist or PBM underwriter with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
• Experience evaluating pharmacy benefit contracts and conducting pharmacy procurements
• Experience developing, managing, and leading teams
• Strong project management and quality assurance skills
• Experience analyzing PBM and plan drug utilization data
