Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
  • Experience in a contact center environment, with a focus on data analysis
  • Pharmacy call center experience is a plus
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
