Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound/outbound communications with patients, physicians, and advocates professionally
- Accurately enter and maintain documentation of eligibility paperwork and system records
- Perform specialized functions for each program and assist in training other employees
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with personal computers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Pharmacy Tech license as needed for specific programs
