Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage NSA/State/IA/UCR Plus claims list/queue
• Conduct outreach, education, and negotiation calls to providers regarding claims
• Maintain compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related job experience in medical claim processing or insurance billing
• Experience conducting outreach to providers via phone or other communication methods
• Understanding of healthcare policy and payment processes
• Familiarity with claims workflow tools or systems
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and critical behaviors in the industry
