A company is looking for an Enterprise Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch the Enterprise Success Program, including playbooks and health-scoring
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for tier-one asset managers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Program Management
- Experience with complex, global clients in fintech, SaaS, or capital-markets software
- Proven track record of building enterprise success programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work-streams
- Understanding of private-market fund operations and institutional investor workflows is a plus
