Principal Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Information Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define security requirements and enhance the bank's perimeter security program
• Conduct risk assessments and develop Zero Trust strategies and architectural patterns
• Provide Tier 3 operational support for complex security issues and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus
• Preferred industry certifications such as SANS, ISC2 CISSP, and AWS
• Eight+ years of relevant IT experience, including six years in information security roles
• Experience with Linux and Windows systems and knowledge of application and data security concepts
• Financial industry experience is a plus
