Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer to ensure the stability and functionality of systems supporting the Health Information Exchange Portal and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze logs and data to identify patterns and resolve issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot API and connectivity issues in collaboration with customers and internal teams
- Refine technical processes for efficiency and mentor junior staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of computer science principles, programming, and system ownership
- Experience with healthcare IT and integrations, including SSO standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory
- Intermediate to advanced fluency in KQL, Python, SQL, and SOQL
- Familiarity with networking principles and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
