Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously
- Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, overseeing launch and post-launch activities
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain strategic alignment and communicate project status
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in process improvement/optimization (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end program/project delivery
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities
- Experience in tech companies (e.g., Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, PayPal) is highly valued
- Background in Trust & Safety or Operations Excellence is a plus
