Key Responsibilities
- Support forecasting and month-end reporting to track performance and drive decision-making

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in customer operations
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Hex, or Tableau
- Experience analyzing large datasets and synthesizing insights for leadership
- Ability to leverage data to build complex models for operational efficiencies
- Demonstrated experience in improving processes and managing projects from conception to delivery
