Key Responsibilities

• Simplify complex Web3 and DeFi interactions into user-friendly interfaces
• Own design for new products from initial concepts to final execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on problems and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience, including at least one role at a venture-backed startup
• Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products in complex domains
• Experience across multiple stages of scale, from early development to rapid growth
• Strong visual design skills demonstrated in real shipped products
• Genuine curiosity about crypto, DeFi, and emerging technology
