Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer to lead the design function and shape the user experience of their platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and implementation
• Build and maintain a scalable design system while optimizing usability for complex AI workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and founders to refine product vision and iterate based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or a related field
• Strong background in end-to-end product design, from UX research to high-fidelity UI
• Fluent in TailwindCSS or comfortable with utility-first design systems
• Excited about AI and designing for technical users
• A startup mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership
