Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services
- Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
- Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
- Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
- Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
- Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
