Key Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process, coordinating activities and ensuring compliance with client requirements
• Research, write, and edit technical proposals, collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information
• Maintain and update the proposal database, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of proposal resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Technology
• Two or more years of experience in the Transportation and Water industry
• Familiarity with the Shipley Color Review proposal process and proposal writing standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Authorization to work permanently in the US
