Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Lead to manage and coordinate the bid management process for high-stakes proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end bid management process, including bid analysis and timeline establishment
• Create persuasive bid content and orchestrate collaboration among internal stakeholders for comprehensive responses
• Continuously refine bid processes and monitor bid performance metrics to drive operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics
• 10+ years of experience in bid management, deal management, or related fields
• Experience managing bids for complex and large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle and project management skills
• Proficiency in using bid management software and familiarity with Payments and/or SaaS industry requirements
