Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely enrollment of new providers and facility sites with payors
• Maintain and update provider information and documentation in compliance with regulations
• Respond to inquiries and resolve enrollment-related issues in accordance with established standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in Billing, Credentialing, or Provider Enrollment preferred
• General computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products required
