Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with business partners via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with procedures
- Analyze information to provide solutions and assist business partners with troubleshooting and account origination issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures while reporting weekly on performance and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Related practice experience and/or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Weekend availability required
- Shift differential for evening, night, and weekend hours
