Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and address student inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to policies
- Identify eligible students for re-entry and coordinate necessary paperwork and meetings
- Guide students through the appeals process and connect them with financial and enrollment resources

- Ability to professionally communicate in verbal and written English
