• Perform data entry and management within the provided database

Required Qualifications

• Preferred education: High School Diploma/GED/AA
• Customer service or related experience preferred
• Polite and professional phone demeanor required
• Previous healthcare and recall experience preferred
• Strong technical software skills and ability to work remotely required
