A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to provide virtual support in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain candidate database and source new employees through various platforms
- Screen applicants and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs
- Assist with onboarding and reconcile employee time and attendance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with Latin Honors (cum laude or higher)
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or human resources experience
- Experience with job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar sites
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
