Referral Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator (Weekends).

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming referrals and verify accuracy and completeness of information
• Communicate with referring practices to obtain necessary information for incomplete referrals
• Identify barriers to referral processing and recommend system or process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic, OR
• Associate's degree plus 4 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic, OR
• High School diploma plus 6 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic
• Knowledge of multiple ambulatory workflows
