Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sellers
- Manage and enable sellers to achieve productivity metrics and growth milestones
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and channel partners
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth
- Experience managing and closing complex deals valued at $200K+ and above $1M
- Strong familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies
- Ability to establish relationships with executive-level stakeholders
