Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with 10+ years in sales leadership
- Proven success in leading product launches, preferably in nephrology or rare disease markets
- Demonstrated expertise in building high-performing sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical sales regulatory landscape
