Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Triage Nurse, Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Aids patients in obtaining appropriate care and provides clinical telephone support
• Assesses patient needs, collaborates with providers, and manages electronic prescriptions
• Performs nursing follow-up activities and assists with message management in the EMR system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• RN-Registered Nurse license in the state of residence and California (must obtain CA license before start date)
• 2 years of practical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or emergency department
• OB/GYN experience is necessary
• Proficient in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Suite
