Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bookkeeping Specialist - Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client bookkeeping functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and reporting
- Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and meet month-end deadlines
- Assist in organizing and documenting processes and procedures for bookkeeping tasks
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience using bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks)
- Two-year accounting degree preferred
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana (or similar tools)
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a distraction-free workspace
