Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
- Resolve client problems, update account history, and follow up to confirm resolution
- Collaborate with team members and clients to address inquiries and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
- Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to understand team roles and consult appropriate stakeholders for resolution
- Commitment to attend all scheduled training sessions for 90 consecutive days
