Key Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Resolve client problems, update account history, and follow up to confirm resolution
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to address inquiries and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
  • Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to understand team roles and consult appropriate stakeholders for resolution
  • Commitment to attend all scheduled training sessions for 90 consecutive days
