Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Launch Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high call volume and provide assistance with new service installations and inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the primary support liaison for new customers
• Provide technical support and maintain thorough knowledge of product lines and applications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
• Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and personal excellence, including punctuality and integrity
• A quiet workplace and high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
