Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email for B2B online ordering and loyalty programs
  • Document customer interactions and maintain case management system updates

Required Qualifications

  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
