Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email for B2B online ordering and loyalty programs
- Document customer interactions and maintain case management system updates
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and meet performance targets
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
