Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on customer requests and sales leads to ensure timely resolution and conversion
- Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
- Provide tailored product recommendations by actively listening and connecting client needs to appropriate solutions
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year in inbound/outbound call center
- 6 months of sales experience
- Active Health License in the state of residence
- Ability to navigate technical issues independently
- Must not reside in specific excluded states
