Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, and claims
  • Explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs, addressing customer inquiries
  • Utilize multiple client systems to resolve member issues and provide accurate information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
  • Must complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
  • Successful completion of a background check is required
  • Must have a home internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
