Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, and claims
- Explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs, addressing customer inquiries
- Utilize multiple client systems to resolve member issues and provide accurate information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
- Must complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
- Successful completion of a background check is required
- Must have a home internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
