A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Pharmaceutical Company Patient Assistance Program
- Make outbound calls to Patients/Healthcare Providers to address inquiries and complete required documentation
- Utilize training and resources to assist with patient/HCP program-related questions and ensure timely application processing
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in hospitality, retail, or pharmaceuticals
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Must successfully pass typing and customer service assessments
- Dedicated home workspace and established internet connectivity required
