Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Pharmaceutical Company Patient Assistance Program
  • Make outbound calls to Patients/Healthcare Providers to address inquiries and complete required documentation
  • Utilize training and resources to assist with patient/HCP program-related questions and ensure timely application processing
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in hospitality, retail, or pharmaceuticals
  • Call center experience preferred but not required
  • Must successfully pass typing and customer service assessments
  • Dedicated home workspace and established internet connectivity required
