A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Document and relay patient information according to practice guidelines while ensuring timely resolution of patient issues
- Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while adapting to departmental needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma/GED
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues with empathy
- Experience using multiple advanced communication tools
- Effective interpersonal skills in a team environment
