Job Summary
A company is looking for a NCC Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively dial and transfer calls for 3-4 hours per day while supporting clients during high call volume or team absences
- Assist in coaching and managing team members, conducting 1:1s, and providing performance feedback
- Train new hires using a standardized onboarding process and deliver additional training as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or coaching role
- Familiarity with Salesforce/Five9 and call monitoring tools
- Ability to conduct training sessions and provide constructive feedback
- Strong organizational skills to manage onboarding and training processes
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
