Remote Transplant Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Transplant Case Manager - Managed Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical information to insurance companies for authorization and pre-certification of surgeries
• Coordinate peer-to-peer reviews with physicians and insurance Medical Directors
• Ensure accurate communication of clinical and financial information to transplant networks

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational or professional nursing program
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• 2 or more years of experience in coding or a patient care acute facility
• Experience in working at a tertiary care medical facility (preferred)
