Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates complex inquiries for Multilife business and maintains relationships with insurance firms
- Analyzes escalated case submissions and monitors issue resolution status
- Participates in team initiatives for process improvements and provides consultations for financial professionals
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5+ years of CMD Operations experience focused on customer communication and service support
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Series 6 license required
- Experience with corporate-owned and corporate-sponsored life insurance plans
- Ability to mentor junior team members and manage high-volume tasks under tight deadlines
