Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Account Manager to manage customer renewals and drive sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers and technical staff to facilitate renewals
  • Drive the qualification, quoting, and Salesforce processes to close renewals
  • Forecast sales accurately and meet or exceed customer renewal revenue quotas
Required Qualifications
  • Self-starting and highly motivated with sound sales experience
  • Extensive understanding of the sales order booking process and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve complex issues using good judgment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Salesforce.com
  • Highly collaborative and relationship-oriented approach to work
