Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Account Manager to manage customer renewals and drive sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and technical staff to facilitate renewals
- Drive the qualification, quoting, and Salesforce processes to close renewals
- Forecast sales accurately and meet or exceed customer renewal revenue quotas
Required Qualifications
- Self-starting and highly motivated with sound sales experience
- Extensive understanding of the sales order booking process and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve complex issues using good judgment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Salesforce.com
- Highly collaborative and relationship-oriented approach to work
