A company is looking for a Renewal Manager 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a high touch book of business and engage with customers approximately 180 days prior to expiration
- Propose services, training credits, and premium support while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain updates in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting of renewals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Salesforce or prior CRM experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- 4-6 years of prior experience in Renewals Management preferred
