- Oversee subscription and loyalty program operations and manage vendor relationships

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in program management, marketing, or a similar role focused on retention or loyalty
- Experience with retention tools (e.g., Recharge, Subscribe Pro, Yotpo, OrderGroove)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
- Results-driven with a bias for action and customer obsession
